Lowerland Die Wonderdraai
Crispy, autumnul aromas of wheat straw, citrus preserves and toffee apple chased by a breezy minerality on the nose. The grapes were whole bunch pressed & co-fermented in old French oak to deliver a full bodied punchy white, smacking of dried fruits & freshly baked bread sticks. Only 1.5k bottles. Basically gold dust.

Shrimp Boil
A classic NOLA dish that is a perfect BBQ alternative here. A great feasting dish you can pour onto some newspaper in the middle of the table you can dig into.
Get the best prawns you can and find a delicious smoky German sausage. A recipe we revisit over and over again.
Ingredients
Prawns
Smoked Sausage
Red Potatoes
Corn on the cob
Garlic
Zatarins Concentrated Crab Boil
Cajun Seasoning
Butter
Lemon Wedges
Method
Add Zatarins to a large pot of boiling water. Start by boiling the potatoes and add each ingredient by how long they take to cook. Finish with the prawns for a minute or 2. You want everything to be boiled at the same time in the same pot.
Drain and return to the empty pot. Add butter, crushed garlic, parsley and Cajun seasoning. Toss to combine then pour onto a newspaper lined table.
