Château Thivin Beaujolais-Villages Rosè 2021

The best rosé just got better! The follow up to one of our top bottles from last year has arrived with the new 2021 vintage of the pale (it’s got paler), light and thirst-quenching Beaujolais rosé. Bone dry, sophisticated and juicy with flavours of strawberry and praline, this is an exceptional bottle to enjoy in good weather, preferably with a picnic nearby.

Chorizo & Beef Empanadas

Whilst we've created a recipe as close to authentic as possible, there are a few shortcuts you can make at home to speed things up and cook something that's going to get mouths watering!

Use ready-rolled puff pastry for quick and easy empanadas for lunch, snacks, appetisers or full on Argentinian feasts. Simply brush with egg and bake in the oven until deep and golden brown all over.

Feel free to leave out the olives they're not for everyone but we love the salty pop they give to every bite.
